Phase I ESA: Identifying Environmental Risk

Our Phase I Environmental Site Assessments are conducted in strict accordance with the ASTM E1527-21 standard. We provide a thorough "desktop to field" analysis to identify Recognized Environmental Conditions (RECs) that could represent a liability.

Phase II ESA: Subsurface Investigation & Soil Sampling

If a Phase I ESA identifies a potential concern, our team is equipped to move immediately into Phase II Subsurface Investigations. We take the guesswork out of site conditions through precise data collection:
